At 9.37am our Monitoring Platforms detected an upstream to Mach internet routing issue, that affected some client’s ability to route traffic over the internet from their ISP to one of our Data Centres.
Mach confirms that there was no outage of any of Mach’s services or communications links into any of our facilities.
The issue was well upstream with Telstra and other carriers interconnecting with them. Mach was exhaustive and relentless in our pursuit to make them well aware of the impact of their service failures……which led to the successful result of the 3rd party upstream carrier failed services being restored at 12.40pm.
