From 9.48am through to 10.15am at the TradeCoast Central DC, Mach’s 24/7 Monitoring platform noticed a degradation in communication services.

Mach staff onsite, following Problem Management and diagnosis, determined that core network equipment hardware was not functioning optimally, so they reset the device in error, which restored services at 10.56am.

The permanent correction was implemented via an Emergency Change scheduled for 9pm-11pm, to upgrade the hardware to further sure up prevention of re-occurrence and give further redundancy protection.
