Planned Maintenance Notice: Data Centre Capacity Increase
A complex set of changes across multiple networking and server systems, that has been in the planning for six months, is now locked in to be completed (and cannot be rescheduled due to upcoming telco embargo period). This change increases capacity four-fold and has many other benefits to Mach and our Clients – but requires a modest planned outage of some services at one of Mach’s four Data Centres (TCC).
Mach appreciates our Clients’ understanding that scheduled maintenance is an essential activity to ensure the optimal continual running of Mach’s Data Centre facilities and in turn, our Client’s systems.
- Clients that have services hosted in our TCC (TradeCoast Central) Data Centre site, will have some of their hosted services interrupted within the window below:
- Sunday 17th December: 6am to 9am AEST
- Clients that have “Highly Available” systems that span to multi-DC deployments, will not be affected
- Our other DC’s (NEW, COY, SYD, USA) will not be affected
Clients can see the latest up to date information during this process online at: http://status.mach.com.au/
