Thursday 27 September At 12:13pm our Monitoring Platforms detected an upstream routing issue that was affecting some client’s ability to connect to services within the Mach Cooroy Data Centre. Mach immediately declared this as a P1 Incident and worked tirelessly with the relevant communications providers to address. Service was restored at 13:26pm.
